1. The 5th amendment is being violated because they arrested her for the bomb when the officers only went to her house to ask her questions.
2. The 1st amendment was being violated because he had the right to assemble.
3. The 5th amendment is being violated here, they are taking away her house when she hasn't committed a crime.
4. The amendment that could be violated here is the 1st amendment  which is establish a religion.
5. This violates the 5th amendment which is due process is the amendment being violated.

Separation of Powers Political Cartoon

To me, this political cartoon is saying that the Republican wants the executive branch to sit back, and not do much, and the legislative be in control of the Judicial branch of government. This political cartoon depicts the principle of government that is separation of powers.

Federalism Political Cartoon

The short fat man is considered a state senator, and the tall man is the federal government or "Uncle Sam." The State Senator is accepting the government's funds but he is refusing the control of the government. This political cartoon represents Federalism.
